I ordered the APC 9631 comm card from Compu-smart. The purchase process was easy. The item came in a timely manner. However, the card was defective upon installation. I reached back out to Evan and received an email within a couple of hours thereafter from Evan. Evan sent another APC 9631 replacement card within a day at no cost.
