Following a brief chat with the tech department who were just brilliant, patiently talked me through the correct sequence to delete all previous codes and recode the new remotes.
All the new remotes, together with the old are now working as they should.
The product, and after sales staff were great. So nice to see a company whose focus is still on customer care.
