The Valet Pro Citrus Bling is a great product. It goes on really easily and leaves a good post wash shine.The product arrived on time, but at no thanks to the Hermes delivery system. I was definately in for the whole of the time quoted in a Hermes email nothing arrived.I received an Order Delivered email but I received nothing, not even a note through the door. It eventually turned up in special box a neighbour uses, but he only found it by chance, there was no note through his door either.

Hi im sorry you have experienced this with delivery. You will find very few carriers leave a card now and unless you go into the tracking provided to leave delivery instructions they will leave in the best place they think safe to this is even the case with Royal Mail now too
