      Second time been let down!!!!!!!

      Bought a window regulator which was supposed to been delivered with a signature. Chased the item and signature but no joy. Now they inform me i have to go chasing Hermes for the parcel. Second time had problems with these and its very frustrating!!!!

      I'm not happy with it as I asked for one for a right hand drive car & i was sent one for a left hand drive car .I cant send it back as there was no address or phone number i feel iv been coned .
