Hey, Sorry to hear about you not receiving your item. I make sure to package the items up so that no one knows what's inside unless they are opening the mail. All coins are sent in top loaders which is a hard plastic case and then taped down to a A4 sheet of paper using masking tape. Then put inside a cardboard envelope and taped down across the seal. So for anyone to steal your item that would have to open your mail. I always sent photos of each letter once it is packed.
