    The material feels so smooth and it really is cute. I ordered medium. My waist is 34", hips 37.5", thighs 20", 150 lbs. It was a good fit. Any smaller the leg openings would have been too tight. There is enough room to wear an M3 Abena brief with a Rearz designer diaper. This diaper cover does a pretty good job catching leaks when I am soaked. The material is not breathable so it builds up a little humidity when I am active. The material seems very durable. Overall it's worth the money.
