On the TV screen appeared weird images distorting the pictures.I asked for a return.I was told to try a factory reset and accepted a partial payment of $120 to keep it.It was told it would not affect the usual warranty period which will still valid.After I tried the factory reset the TV worked for a day or so but then even larger strange images appeared indicating this product has serious faults and has to be replaced or refunded.Either way is ok with me.

Purchased a TV listed as Brand New. The TV arrived in a box that was very badly damaged, all the original stickers and seals removed, the box was split at the bottom with the contents beginning to slide out. Contacted the seller complaining that it wasn't a new item. They assured me the TV was new and only the carton was damaged. So I opened the box and found that the original packaging within had been opened, the protective film on the screen removed, and the TV stand covered in deep scratches.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY

If I can I give him "0". Fake ad offering QLED and delivered UHD TV. Ad was a new one but first was delivered to TCL service at Alice Springs. It appeared that was refurbished. Avoided to answer three times about the concerns of mine, claiming that I have been delivered the better TV than was advertised????? What a scam. After I disputed the issue with ebay seller promptly removed the add replacing with the one which was delivered to me. The box was damaged or was reused after the TV was fixed?
