GPU did not match description, was not the item in photo, arrived damaged and tarnished in an undamaged box, and did not ship from either of the seller's supposed two locations, Was advertised as New, but was demonstrably used as the Vbios had been updated to a version that was never released on the factory-shipped products but had to be updated by the consumer. In addition seller has a second storefront with an hyphen in the name as opposed to an underscore that has numerous complaints.

Buyer never provided photos of the damage, and requested partial refund. I processed the partial refund as requested.

Seller did give me partial refund, but it wasn't enough. Knew item was damaged and sold it anyway. see liquidated-surplus user profile for second storefront and repeated bad faith behavior of lying and deceiving buyers with used parts. Also, seller never asked for photos and gave partial refund because he got caught.
