Item arrived undamaged and as described. I was a little daunted by the shipping cost, but it was a glass item that was so well packaged, I think the seller probably spent on packaging and shipping what she charged me. So, happy to receive this large casserole dish intact. The shipping time was as promised, but it seemed long having gotten used to Amazon shipping. However, she packed and shipped it immediately but all the way from Washington via UPS ground so a week is pretty reasonable. Thx
