DODGY COMPANY. The TV was sold on EBAY to me as a Brand New TCL C725. A brand New unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. None of this was true. The TV was clearly second hand as shown by the dust in the vents and placed into packaging for the wrong model TCL C735, see pictures. I was told they always open all boxes to check for damage and that they sell over 4000 TV and be happy if it looks ok. All devices are clearly seconds from this dealer. It is wrong. Don't TRUST.

You have received a better model by mistake.You can return it back to us for a full refund without costing anything.How come the tv can be second when it has all the screen protectors and stickers..We opened every single tv to be sure screen has no cracks before we send them..We doing it for your own protection..You don't even want to open the box and check the actual tv so not much to do from our end..Taking the tv back for a full refund is the best option.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY

If I can I give him "0". Fake ad offering QLED and delivered UHD TV. Ad was a new one but first was delivered to TCL service at Alice Springs. It appeared that was refurbished. Avoided to answer three times about the concerns of mine, claiming that I have been delivered the better TV than was advertised????? What a scam. After I disputed the issue with ebay seller promptly removed the add replacing with the one which was delivered to me. The box was damaged or was reused after the TV was fixed?
