The company blamed the courier Sendle, who do not track parcels in Queensland. A another ordered 10 April 25.The company advertise on Ebay under two different names otherwise I would not have ordered from them again. The item did not arrive by 29 April 25. Ebay gave a refund. The company deny liability for two orders that didn’t arrive is unacceptable They chose a low cost courier who didn't deliver.Reply from: kmanufacturing- Feedback replied by seller kmanufacturing.- Feedback replied by seller kmanufacturing.I do understand the frustration. We did all the right thing on our end but it is just out of our control. Ebay didn't even give us the chance to response to your case. They just decided to refund you because the postage was done through them. We didn't chose the cheap courier. We actually paid $13.77 for the postage label while you paid only $9.00.
