AVOID THIS SELLER, ITEM DOESNT EVEN WORK, WONT RESOLVE AND WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE FOR REFUND. DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. PURCHASED ELSEWHERE AND WASNT A HASSLE LIKE IT WAS DEALING WITH THIS SELLER. SOME PEOPLE JUST SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL HERE.

I'm not sure where this customer is coming from. There was a fitment issue with the red sea mesh screen so I paid for the return shipping to process the refund. Once the item was received the refund was processed. As for proper communication, maybe I shouldn't have asked what kind of mesh screen he was using or offered to send longer screws? If there's an issue with a product on a certain mesh screen shouldn't I try to fix the product? You just can't please some people.

NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND LOES FROM SELLER. FACT IS THAT THE SCREWS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH EVEN WITHOUT A MESH SCREEN SO HIS ITEM DOES NOT WORK AND IS FAULTY DESIGN. AFTER SENDING THE ITEM BACK AND SELLER RECIEVING IT I WAS HELD HOSTANGE FOR REFUND FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND SELLED IGNORED AND DID NOT REPLY TO MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION EFFORTS. HAD TO FILE REFUND WITH EBAY TO GET ACTION. HIS DESIGN AND PRODUCT IS FAULTY AND POORLY THOUGHT OUT SELLER ADMITS THAT EVEN MOST POPULAR MESH WONT FIT HIS PART.
