Great cushion for wheelchair, or any chair. I bought mine for use in a recliner that the seat had broken down in. It's somewhat hard until you break it in. Other posters have complained about the inner gel pad leaking, but I have not had that problem yet.

Bought this in December, 2016 and it lasted me until October, 2017 when the gel pack broke on me.....then it bottomed out and stayed that way. Very unhappy that it only lasted less than one year. Once gel pack ruptures the pillow is useless. I used it every day to sit on while I use my laptop. Very unhappy with the quality. I did think it was wonderful when I got it but now have second thoughts as to why did it rupture after not even one year?

This item did not work for what I purchased it for, but there is nothing wrong with the item. I bought it for an elderly person to sit on in their recliner. It is actually too thick and firm for that. It is made to be a cushion in a wheel chair. It would work fine for that as long as someone does not have to sit on it for long periods.
