Only you & the other 10 clowns leaving negative feedback think so, but the 800+ serious true customers that left positive feedback would disagree. The box the item was shipped in arrived unharmed BACK to us making it highly unlikely to be damaged during transit as it was the same box it was shipped to you in a "floating" shipping method. You did however mention you wanted a mint item & the blister on this unit was not to begin with so maybe once you saw the condition the blister may of "fell."

Samsung Connect Home fixed my WiFi issues
Had multiple WiFi dead spots around my house and areas where the WiFi kept dropping off. Installed the Samsung Connect Home with 4 a total of 4 WiFi hubs and problem fixed. WiFi works great everywhere in my house now. Wish I had installed this product several years ago! Took advantage of the built in SmartThings Hub and have added multiple home automation devices including automated door locks for exterior doors, automated garage door openers, smoke detectors that I can monitor from my iPad and iPhones, and multiple light switches and smart light bulbs to control lighting around the house. Not sure it's worth 2 stars. I give it that because the WiFi works almost 100%. It's not 100% because it blocks an important VOIP protocol (SIP/UDP) which is needed for flawless internet phone service. Samsung either, hasn't figured out a fix, or for some reason doesn't want to. As far as the smart hub feature goes, the only device I have that stays connected is my ecobee thermostat. I connected the rest of my devices (all zwave) but they all disconnected overnight sometime. Added them again with the same result and now they don't connect at all anymore. The fact that all Samsung smart devices run on "zigbee" is probably why there's not much interest in fixing that either. Just to prove there is nothing wrong with my devices. I now have all my devices hooked back up with my old logitech ... Not sure it's worth 2 stars. I give it that because the WiFi works almost 100%. Excellent investment!
We received this item earlier than expected, so far so good. Installation was good, it connected rapidly with our devices since most of them are the same brand and that helps a lot. But the performance surprised us a lot very positively, it's a lot better than our previous router. So yes, we are really happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you very much!

Mesh network fix
I needed another mesh network compatible hub in my house. I previously had purchased a different generation of the hub and found the newer generation kept interfering with the the WIFI signal of my mesh network. Replacing that unit to a unit that is compatible resolved that issue. Everything is working great.
