have written many times. The lamps and strip lights very dull in lumination and the latter are only 10cm long.This has been my repeated message. I am writing to arrange a refund for the lamps and strip lights. They are the most pathetic products. Neither holds charge. The strip lights took half a 1 day, and the lamps 2 days to go flat with little use.They need to be pulled from the market. I'm sure you already know how crap they are. Please advise when I will be receiving my refund.
