They are saying it’s the last item that they have however they don’t have any items they will order it and they have no idea when they will receive it, if you wish to cancel they will charge 20% they are liars .

We should explicitly order a luggage rack at the customer's request. This is not available until the beginning of June. The customer knew this beforehand and we also mentioned it. Now it is taking the customer too long and he is canceling. Honda wants a 20% cancellation fee for this. Wir sollten auf Wunsch des Kunden explizit einen Gepäckträger bestellt. Dieser ist Anfang Juni lieferbar. Das wußte der Kunde vorher und wir haben es auch erwähnt. Jetzt dauert es dem Kunden zu lange und storniert.
