Seller did replace it, which was great, but then we were unable to remove the "child safety cap" on the glass tube. I followed all the instructions - pushing, pulling & twisting the cap to no avail. " They then suggested to use a heat gun (which I don't have) or send it back to them. I used a hair dryer and finally managed to get the lid off, but because of the amount of time spent on the safety cap, I can't give this 5 stars...
