The seller sent the RC helicopter cockpit in a flimsy poorly packed cardboard box. The package had fallen apart in transit and the product inside was broken. I told the seller to pack the replacement product in a stronger package. However, the replacement was packed in a similar flimsy package, and the cockpit of the RC helicopter was broken.
