The fan that I ordered originally arrived broken. I sent a message to the seller to let him know and received a reply within a few minutes. He (Dean) was very apologetic and offered me the option of a replacement or full refund. I accepted the replacement and Dean said there was no need to return the damaged item. I have now received the replacement which is in perfect condition. Absolutely excellent service from Dean. I am very impressed and grateful.
