Suitcases arrived in pristine condition as described in post. As a buyer, I did not anticipate issues on my end, but it happened! But it was all on ME! I needed to make a delivery address change and my card wouldn’t process because my bank put a hold on it. What a nightmare! However, the seller was very patient, communicating with ease back and forth and incredibly understanding to my situation. I received the package before it’s anticipated date and am packing early for that vacation!
