The purse was a little too heavy for me and I had difficulty closing the clasp not due to workmanship but problem with my fine motor skills. Also, this seller was very gracious when I told her she had offered a 5.00 discount which she stated she had not offered. She sent me a five dollar refund which was not necessary. Shows her character as seller and person. I will do business with her again. Her product was just as described but it was my error in not asking more questions.
