I would steer clear of this seller i bout a beachwaver that was supposed to be new in the box and received it opened with the cord wrapped around it. I messaged the seller and she responded that the item was new it had just been opened and expected me to take her word for it and keep the item. Ended up having to wait 7 days for ebay to get involved to get my refund. Seller doesn't understand what new is and if you message she gets hostal.

Buyer came at me from jump & each time I tried explaining their attitude got worse. I was nor have I ever been hostile. Item was new & not used. I placed it in the plastic not thinking & wrapped cord around it. Buyer made threats to leave negative feedback every day till they got their money back. Once I responded & said due to their behavior I would ask Ebay to step in they stopped, until this feedback. I even kept the screenshots of all communication.
