The product pictured is exactly what you get, packing polystyrene without the holes. When I asked for a refund, as in my opinion the product is a joke and doesn't even come with an adhesive. I was told it was my fault, as I gave them the incorrect measurements and that I should “Man Up”. How was this conclusion ascertained? The measurements shown in the photos are proof that they were 100% correct. Passing off packing polystyrene as an actual garage door insulation product was the issue.

With hundreds positive reviews just shows how wrong you are!! I would do anything to help any customer but with your attitude it wont get you anywhere or anything. Doesn't even make sense what you are saying what measurements in what photos? I never take measurements from photo.
Simple fact you had measured wrong and instead of talking and manning up you bagged me and the product wanting refund. Maybe you should educate yourself Polystyrene has wide variety of uses and insulation is big one.
