The first package (to Vienna/AT) got lost. After I contacted the customer service (nice people!) they sent immediately a new package and it arrived really fast. Unfortunately the piece came broken despite being bubble wraped (!!) - not sure if the quality is so bad or the seller didn't check the package or it is my nasty postman. I understand that seller had costs associated with sending it, I didn't ask for a refund, but still I got 100% back. However I will not be returing to this seller.
