After 7 days front order and payment, I reached out to seller who said USPS tracking was often wrong and it had shipped. After 10 days from order, I reported item as not received. Seller then shipped and this time USPS showed tracking progress and shipment arrived.

In my opinion UPS is bad shipper, they chase you for tax/customs duty “cash “ otherwise they will not deliver, their online system and customer service is bad in Europe ( they are based in Brussels) DHL is much better, they deliver parcel, then you receive letter with info how much customs and tax, you pay and no problems Thank you.
