    I wrote to the seller because my order has not arrived yet (Friday, 7/21/2023). I received a form letter detailing how to return an item. Unfortunately, I don’t have the item yet, plus my letter inquired the status of the order, and if I can receive a credit if it doesn’t arrive. Obviously, the seller didn’t read my email. I’m very disappointed, and am now angry.
