They did Not indicate this was a fee to "diagnose" the problem. After 2 weeks the item was returned with note " Too expensive to repair", Meanwhile we are out " $89.00". UpFix stated they would replace the display and replace other items known to fail. But all they did was charge me to inspect my board and tell me the cost to repair it would be higher than purchasing a new one. New ones are not available anymore. I went to another company.
