  • Warrior Diet works and is a great read

    I've been using the diet for about a month and it definately works. Undereating throughout the day isn't as bad as I imagined and you end up being very efficient when you don't stop throughout the day for full sit down meals. Overeating at night is a little more difficult as there still are "rules" as to what you should eat (essentially good wholesome foods) and order in which you should it it (this can still feel "diet like"). All in all the reason it works may be as simple as overall calorie reduction. By controlled fasting throughout the day you're probably taking in less than 500 calories during the day which means you'd have to eat 1,500 for dinner to get to a normal 2,000 calorie diet. I probably hit close to 1,000 at dinner so I think my calorie intake for a day went from 2,000 ...

  • Life Changing!!!

    I purchased this book after reading a commentary on how different the approach was to diet and exercise. It was an interesting read and I've been experimenting with what Ori suggests. While I've only been doing this for 2 weeks or so, I've noticed a big difference when I follow the plan vs my usual 3 meals a day approach. I've tried switching back to my old habits, just to see how I would feel and I couldn't believe it. I felt run down and tired! I've finally found something that makes me feel really good and wanting to stay on the plan b/c of it! So, I'm back on the Warrior diet!!! If your looking for something different that allows you to eat a really big meal for dinner with your family without feeling guilty, this is the plan for you!

    The title is actually a misnomer. It is not JUST a diet, it is a plan that will completely alter your life. Sure, it includes a diet, but it also includes an exercise program that you can modify to suit your own abilities and capabilities. There is also a FAQ section and he thoroughly explains the science behind his theories and the plan. Properly used, this book can positively change your life.
