Arrived intact, as described & is the perfect size for the space I have available. One concern was the complete lack of packaging material when it arrived - it was sent in an unpadded A4 envelope, and the Mouse Pad itself had only a thin plastic slip covering it, so it's just luck that it didn't get bent in transit. Aside from this, it is a good product and therefore merits positive feedback. 😁👍
