Fantastic packing job! Shrink wrapped, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then surrounded with packing paper inside a cardboard box. Arrived in perfect condition. I'm using it finally today and find that the VCR is working flawlessly. I'm FINALLY able to digitize my old 8mm home movies made of my kids from 20 years ago. I was afraid they were lost memories. Don't hesitate to order from this seller!!!

Seller was helpful and communicative. Unfortunately, item arrived damaged and did not play tapes so I had to return it. Seller said it must have been damaged in transit. Item was very well packed, packaging was in tact and undamaged so I don't see how. I have worked in a refab shop for coin op devicea so I know how this goes. I don't blame the seller and they were easy to work with.
