Seller was very communicative PRIOR to my purchasing this case. They even offered me a deal to buy it. I received a quick notice that it shipped after I paid, but tracking never moved. A day later, I received a refund for the case. I got no explanation as to why it wasn't shipped, and was just ghosted when I inquired about what happened.
I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by how this was handled, especially after all of the initial communication 😕. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Wow, Thanks. I told you I was dealing with a death. I had an emergency trip out of town, I knew I would not be able to ship the case even though it was ready. NO, I haven't sold it, I am out shipping in fact, it's still sitting on my office floor with your label on it. My FULL REFUND said, "Family Emergency, can't ship item". My TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service was to refund IN FULL I'm not going to request removal of this so people can see. Was this necessary for a "trashed out case" (your words)?

You told me the death was why you took 2 weeks to answer my INITIAL message. This was BEFORE I PURCHASED! You even gave me a deal to buy. At no time was I given any response after you failed to ship. I just received a refund and heard nothing else from you. None of my follow up messages received a response. Please don't make me sound like some heartless person. You dropped the ball.
Perhaps responding to MY MANY MESSAGES after you canceled instead of is feedback would have resolved the issues.
