Received very different item than ordered, immediately contacted seller. Response was to return item, will correct & relist item and offer discounted price to me. Had to ask twice for return shipping label, returned item. Intial payment was refunded, but NO further communication, despite many attempts. Asked one more time before leaving negative review, no response. Never had a seller behave in this manner; promise should be honored or explanation provided. Not dependable.
