It basically is brand new; I was initially slightly skeptical. Even while trying to be nitpicky, there definitely was no dust! Not even the telltale signs of a dirty then cleaned GPU, plus warranty sticker still intact.
Very impressed by the condition and GPU. Great thermals and not too loud.
Only signs of wear were screw marks from installing GPU, which is no big deal

I wanted to test the GPU for over a week before leaving feedback. Transaction and seller communication was great. The card itself is clean but does have minor cooler fin oxidation from environment/climate location... however it does not impact functionality. The card passed Heaven Benchmark multiple times at stock settings. With a 950mv undervolt core clocks are stable however Vram does not like to go above 2000mhz. Playing BG3 at 4k 60fps No problem. GPU runs cool and quiet.
