Nice, quite heavy, terribly tarnished vintage piece as described; eventually polished up just fine. Quick shipping, if pricey, but properly packed. Thank you may.doa!

Package arrived today! I opened carefully with great anticipation and was so disappointed to find 2 bowls broken. I cannot use just 4. I needed 6. This has happened to me twice before, once with a beautiful soup tureen and once with a pottery platter. I think I am done ordering fragile china through the mail. The eggo box was intact but not strong enough. Was bent. What do I need to do? I tried to send you a message for the last hour, but I get an error message Thanks, Edie Smith
