This phone is an USED phone not a NEW one, although the cosmetics looks perfectly new. However, the Battery Life only stated 96% not 100%. Other than that, it's acceptable to be an OPEN BOX, but Item Condition should state as USED. Anyway, Seller is not really honest but delivered within a week though.
