Shift levers arrived complete. No missing or damaged parts internally or externally. What looked like potential corrosion was just old yellowed lubricant residue. As is typical with these old Cyclone LD-1600 levers one of the mounting screws is overly snug where the thumb tension ring screws over it so need a very thin 8 mm spanner to engage the flats on the bolt and soft pliers to loosen it, separate it from lever itself and prepare the unit for proper assembly on the frame
