It's easy to give 5 star reviews when everything is perfect. Giving a 5 star review, when things don't go as planned is a different matter. On my order things did not go as planned. FedEx dropped the ball and for a while I thought my laptop got lost in transit. While things were not going well the seller went the extra mile. I was always in the loop. Any questions I had were answered promptly. All in all I had the best experience I could have had given the circumstances. Great job!!
