The pics and description was for two new light bulbs. We received a single old dirty one. Messaged multiple times and they don't seem to even know what they shipped us.

Buyer indicated they received the wrong bulb and would not supply a pic when requested. Partial refund was offered if they chose to keep the bulb. Full refund offered if they would return the item. Their grammar and punctuation was so confusing that it was difficult to understand what was wrong. Difficult to work with.
