    Inspires change to a healthy diet

    I’m actually trying to transition to the diet discussed in the video. It’s a very big transition to say the least, but I’m sure it’s worth it. The studies and data in the video are quite inspiring. I definitely recommend “Forks over Knives.”

    I am an avid meat eater. This movie and the way it is presented has simply educated me as to the reasons I was not feeling so well. It basically saved my life as I have switched to a plant based diet based on the information here and it is working much better than expected. It has changed my life for the better and I highly recomend viewing this for everyone.
