I have bought from her before and she packs them great. Surprisingly the package got smashed in shipping and the ornaments didn’t get broken. I ordered these same ones from a company directly from UK and they arrived broken because they didn’t put them in styrofoam. I will always buy from her. Last picture is from the company i purchased online and how broken they where. Same item but I hate when they shipped fragile stuff in this. Ty for your great packaging.

Unfortunately the Hatter arrived with one leg broken. I decided to mend rather than returning to avoid waste. Packaging was good it must just be an issue with the resin used by the manufacturer Gisela Graham - another Alice item from another seller also arrived broken - rather than the seller.
