The seller was nice enough to leave a message on the listing to note that they were away until Jan 15th. The item shipped promptly once they were back and arrived just as described. I love these little Palm Phones with the only constraints (for me) being the battery life and that they run on Android 8.1. I ordered this one as a backup while I test whether I can upgrade to a newer Android OS. Verizon does their best to prevent OS upgrades though.
