Pens arrived quite quickly, however one was obviously over engraved, one was badly engraved, marked & dented. Constant messaging back & forth with seller, despite my requesting they resend the ones that were NOT quality engraving. Now told to clean off myself with nail polish remover & that it is the green colour of the pen shaft that is the fault not the engraving. Will not purchase again, lesson learnt. No replacements sent. 2 pens in the bin! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller or their products.

The customers request was too have 2 pens replaced we had no issue with this and agreed with out any problem. one of the pens had a smudge mark on it which we did say we would replace but they could also clean off with nail polish remover. the other pen looks like it had been dropped and had a mark on it. we had no issue replacing.
