I bought what was advertised as a new phone. What I received was a refurbished phone, in new packaging, with terrible battery life and a non genuine screen. I have a genuine S20 to compare, and this scam had an awful orange hue + did not support 120hz mode as advertised.
I sent the phone in for return, and two weeks after delivery have not received my refund. The seller is refusing to answer questions, instead responding with stock, copy pasted messages. I have escalated to Ebay. DO NOT BUY.
