The seller was very responsive to my communications (even post sale), and the charger was new as described, in open box condition. Charger got lost in the mail, but it eventually got to me! This was of no fault to the seller. It arrived without a box, which is CLEARLY marked in the listing -- that's my fault. The charger does run hot, but seller says this is normal, and it has been true of my other chargers for this laptop (MBP, Retina 2015). I was pleased to get such quality for the price.
