    As an industrial Electrician these grips as they are known in the trade are Ideal always used Knipex as they a well known to be a quality brand.

    The adjustable locking jaw is a great design feature which prevents slipping. I use this product when making off SWA cables and they have never let me down.

    Good for pipe fitters - not so much a mechanics tool

    I’ve quite a few knipex grips mostly from Snap-on and thought I’d get this one. it's a clever idea, it quick to grab various pipe nuts of all sizes but I’m not a plumber. I’ve found when trying to grip and pull it does’t have the grip of the standard design, the teeth are hard and sharp but the hand force doesn’t translate to the force to jaw at the tips. However on pipe work where its more about hex turning it would be the tool of choice for me as there is no need to adjust the wrench.

    Best grips on the market

    I bought these as my old ones were stolen. I've used the exact pair for a few years now and they are by far the best with very wide jaws. Comfortable to use all day and made to an excellent standards. I doubt I will ever buy a different type. Strong and hard wearing.

    Best pliers I’ve ever had

    This is an underrated tool from the toolbox. So handy and helpful. When my old ones broke, since I use them so much I decided to spend more and get a good set. I am so happy I did. They are fantastic!!!
