This dress was being sold for $239. The listing stated that there was only minimal damage to the mesh panels at the waist, but after I received and inspected it, it turns out that the last person who wore it couldn't pull it over their hips, as there's two large rips either side of the waist - in the inner and outer lining that took me a while to sew back together.
Fine - you want to resell the dresses people wore. Just do a final check of the dress to see if they're damaged and need tailoring.

Marked as posted. Contacted for tracking details and no response. Waited 2 weeks and when still no update/response was received, I had to ask EBay to step in and still no response from seller to eBay so eBay refunded me.
