The seller was helpful and offered a full refund without return, due to the fact the item received did not match the listing imagery. The slide out tray was not framed and just flimsy. I would not recommend this product due to it not conforming with the specifications and lack of quality/cost cutting. The manufacturer/supplier is clearly doing some shady business.
