Product was packaged double so if it had been damaged it would be contained. Had no problems with seller or delivery. Package was intact and product was in perfect condition. Have never used this scent of lotion but, love the perfume. Hope it is just like the hibiscus lotion. I have what they call the winters itch, it doesn't matter what season it is. I hope this one helps just as the hibiscus lotion does. It's hard to find this kind of lotion and bed, bath & bodyworks doesn't carry it anymore .
