Ugg boots were faulty and black rubber soles are peeling off all over the floor! Contacted seller numerous time and they are refusing to replace or refund & tried to tell me it was black powder on my floors! Seller is now not replying to me at all and I’m stuck with fault Uggs and they are not taking responsibility. I would not purchase Ugg boots from this seller ever again!
