Some have said these machines have a "dull look" but, the resolution of this laptop was great, even better than other elitebooks which came after it! I like the matte display too!! This is a great addition to my laptop collection! Picture quality, ease of use, and its numerous features are very good! With a decent 1 year warranty thrown in, this appears to be one of my best, thin laptops! Thanks for providing great value to ebay customers!! Why buy new?

It was just some awkward instructions to get it set up, like you need wifi to do it and it's set to disabled with no way to turn it on. Maybe some instructions would help like "pick setup without wifi" and then you can enable it later and do what you need to do. I ended up finding a YouTube video that explained, but it should be easier for the buyer.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
